Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Packaging: The item should be in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Personalized or custom-made items, unless they are defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Condition: Refunds are issued only after we have received and inspected the returned item.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at luxuryforpennie@gmail.com and send your item to: 6 Kenyon Avenue Oldham OL8 1NP
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to:
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Consumer Rights
